• If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you proactively.

• You can choose:

  • Waiting for the goods to be restocked, or

  • Request a refund

• If you choose to receive a refund, we will complete the refund process within 1-2 business days.

V. Matters related to overdue package pickup

• If a product is shipped via SF Express and the customer fails to pick it up in time, resulting in the product being returned, we can assist in reshipping it, but the customer will have to bear the shipping cost for reshipment.

• If the goods are not claimed within three months from the date of shipment, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods without further notice or refund.

How to use:

• First, cleanse your face to thoroughly remove impurities.

• Unfold the mask and apply it evenly to your face.

• Leave it on for 10-20 minutes to allow your skin to fully absorb the serum.

• Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining essence into the skin in circular motions until absorbed.
