SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for choosing Rekyle products. We value every customer’s shopping experience and are committed to providing comprehensive after-sales support. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:
 

I. Product Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, refunds will not be available. If a refund is requested due to special circumstances, any related processing fees shall be borne by the customer.
All discounted or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please confirm your needs before purchasing.
 

II. Out-of-Stock Refund Guarantee
If the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will proactively contact you.
You may choose to:

  • Wait for the product to be restocked, or

  • Request a refund.

If you choose a refund, the refund process will be completed within 1–2 business days.
 

III. Handling Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product you receive has any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will inspect the issue and arrange an exchange:

  • Damage not caused by human factors

  • Obvious quality problems

  • Product style or quantity does not match the order

Please provide your order record and the complete packaging to help us assist you.
 

IV. Product Usage Reminder
Most skincare products are liquid or contain active ingredients. It is recommended to store them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, please use as soon as possible to maintain quality.


V. Package Pickup Deadline
If the product is shipped via SF Express and the customer fails to pick it up on time, resulting in the package being returned, we can assist in reshipping it, but the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
If a product is not collected within three months from the shipping date, we reserve the right to dispose of the product without further notice or refund.


VI. Policy Modification and Final Decision Rights
Rekyle reserves the right to adjust this policy at any time without individual notice.
In the event of any dispute, our store reserves the right of final decision.
